The high speed Baja Tourist Cup ciruit in Tecate will return as a stand alone event on June 18th & 19th, 2027!
Started in 2021 the Baja International Tourist Cup is one of the world’s fastest road races. Average lap speeds can approach those of the famous Isle of Man road race. Our all time champion, Eric Wilson, averaged 126mph. Conveniently l located just a few miles south of the California, USA border the event is run on a temporary 9.95 miles circuit. Most races consist of several laps with competitors released at 20 second intervals. The fastest time to complete all the laps wins.

Baja Tarmac Racing is a lady racer friendly environment. In fact, the 2024 season saw lady racers take 1st place in TWO of the six Baja International Tourist Cup classes:
Bridgette LeBer – 1st Place Super Sport Class – Yamaha R6 – 2024 Tourist Cup
Liz Sands – 1st Place Heavyweight Class – Harley Davidson XR1200 – 2024 Tourist Cup / 2nd Place Heavyweight 2025 San Javier Hill Climb

We currently have five 2024 RC390 sports bikes available for rent for any of our Baja Tarmac Racing events. All have been mildly prepared for real road racing and are in excellent condition.
